Can I download the suite today?
Not yet. Refund Operations is in active development, and the wider business suite is planned. We're preparing a connected suite release rather than selling the refund app as a separate finished product. Join the release list for updates; we haven't announced a launch date.
Is this still the Waiting On consumer app?
Our focus has evolved. SE Software Studios is now building software for small businesses. Refund Operations brings refund workflows into that broader suite; this website no longer promotes a consumer refund-tracking launch for phones.
What makes Milo different from a separate AI chat app?
Milo's purpose is to help inside your business software: answer questions about authorized workspace information, explain features, and bring supported forms and actions to you. We also want it to help you work through business questions using relevant context and web sources.
Does local AI mean everything works offline?
No. Supported Milo models are designed to run on your device, but shared workspace data, integrations, and web research use online services. Model availability and performance vary by hardware. We will explain those requirements before launch.
Will Milo replace my accountant or other professional advisers?
No. Milo is an assistant, not a substitute for qualified advice. Important financial, legal, tax, and business decisions still need your review and, where appropriate, help from a professional.
Can I share feedback before release?
