We're building SE Business Suite so those tools can feel like parts of the same workspace, with Milo helping people find answers and get things done.

We're a small business ourselves. Our focus is practical software that feels approachable, respects people's time, and is priced with small businesses in mind.
HOW WE GOT HERE
From a refund tracker
to a connected suite.
Our original Waiting On concept focused on helping consumers follow refunds. As the project grew, so did the opportunity: help businesses manage the work around those refunds, then connect it with the tools they use every day.
That evolution became Refund Operations—and the foundation for SE Software Studios Business Suite.
Where we are today
Refund Operations and Milo are in active development across desktop platforms. Financial Insights, Documents, Spreadsheets, Presentations, and a suite-wide IT Control Center are part of our planned direction.
The suite is not publicly released. We're listening to business owners, refining the product, and working toward a launch that brings the experience together.
