Link your bank
Connect a US bank account through Plaid. Waiting On receives permissioned access only to the data needed for refund monitoring.
Watch live updates
Each tracked refund moves through Requested → Pending → Received as bank activity is detected.
Keep everything visible
Your active refunds stay in one clean pass-like view in-app and sync to Google Wallet for quick checks anywhere.
Get notified
Push notifications let you know when something changes, so you can stop guessing and start acting on timely info.
Confirm if needed
If your bank updates are delayed, you can confirm in-app once the refund has posted on your account.
What updates look like in the app
The progress bar for each card shows one of three clear states:
- Requested: refund request has been captured in the app.
- Pending: bank has not marked the amount as posted yet.
- Received: the bank confirms the credit reached your account.
